Morocco’s tourism promotion office ONMT signed deals with Asian tourism professionals and operators in a push to showcase Morocco’s attractions and attract more arrivals.
The deals aim to double flights from Gulf airports, a key hub connecting Morocco to the rest of Asia and Australia.
The ONMT also agreed with Wego group, a search engine based in Singapore and Dubai, to promote Morocco destination in Asian tourism emitting markets.
It likewise signed a partnership with Cozmo Travel which operates 90 travel agencies in India, the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
As part of preparations for the World Cup 2030 to which Morocco, Spain and Portugal are jointly bidding, ONMT signed a deal with Nirvana Travel and Tourism to hold training sessions for operataors in India, Morocco as well as Spain and Portugal.
