The airline Ryanair continues its expansion in Morocco with the opening of a new line linking Ouarzazate to Barcelona. This announcement comes in addition to the eight Moroccan destinations offered by the Moroccan National Tourist Office (ONMT), as part of its expanded program for the 2023 summer season.
Ryanair thus wishes to meet the growing demand of Moroccan travelers by offering a new European destination for summer holidays. This new line will also strengthen the company’s offer in terms of traffic and connectivity to Morocco, at very competitive rates.
According to Dara Brady, director of marketing, communications and digital for the company, this new route reflects Ryanair’s strategy to offer a diversified choice of destinations to its customers. The airline is thus proud to offer this new connection to its Moroccan customers, who will now be able to discover Barcelona and its wonders.
The ONMT, for its part, welcomes the impetus given to the 2023 summer season with the opening of 35 new lines by 10 airlines.
